To give out, of course, not for you to hoard and eat the entire batch by yourself…
But I’m not judging.
Of all the treats Mom makes each Christmas, the oatmeal bars are the best. And while some are given out, most end up getting eaten (it’s hard transferring them from the oven to the counter, the counter to the plate, and the plate to the family without eating 90% of them).
